• Children 9 years and older, pay as an adult.
• Children under 5 years old cannot take this tour.
• They are considered children, between 5 and 8 years of age.
• For all reservations, the following information will be requested: full name, number of people, date and information of the person requesting the reservation.

For Tours from 1 to 9 People:

• Cancellations received 72 hours or more before the tour date will not have
• penalty charges
• Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the tour takes place will be 100% refunded.
• Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the
• date of the tour, whether partial or total or No Shows, a penalty of
• 100% cancellation.

For group tours of 10 people or more:

• Cancellations received 20 days or more before the tour date will not have
• loads.
• Cancellations received between 19 and 10 days before the tour date
• They will receive 50% of the load.
• All cancellations made with 8 days or less
• before the date of the tour, whether partial or total or No Show, a
• 100% cancellation penalty
