Day 1

  • 3:00 a.m.  - Leaving San José, next to the National Theater
  • 7:00 a.m.  - Breakfast
  • 9:00 a.m.  - Arrival at Rincón de la Vieja National Park, does not include entrance 
  • 3:00 p.m.  - Departure from the NP and lunch
  • 6:00 p.m.  - Alojamiento Curubanda Lodge
  • 7:00 p.m.  - Dinner

Day 2

  • 6:00 a.m.  - Breakfast
  • 7:00 a.m.  - Hike to the Cacao Volcano. Hiking tours around the volcano area
  • 1:00 p.m.  - Return from the walk, planting of biological trees in the Cacao Rincón corridor
  • 2:00 p.m.  - Lunch
  • 4:00 p.m.  - Farm Tour New Zealand
  • 6:30 p.m.  - Dinner

Day 3

  • 6:00 a.m.    - Breakfast
  • 7:00 a.m.    - Visit to the town of 2 Ríos
  • 11:00 a.m.  - Lunch
  • 12:00 p.m.  - Horseback riding in a different sector of the National Park
  • 7:00 p.m.    - Dinner

Day 4

  • 6:00 a.m.   - Breakfast
  • 7:00 a.m.   - Departure from the Lodge
  • 8:00 a.m.   - Arrival at Santa Rosa National Park
  • 12:00 p.m. - Arrival at Llanos de Cortés waterfalls
  • 2:00 p.m.   - Lunch
  • 6:00 p.m.   - Arrival in San Jose
